We place a strong emphasis on the recruitment process, also known as "rush," as it is an opportunity for the fraternity to find high-quality men who embody the values and ideals of the organization. Rush is an important time for both the fraternity and potential new members, as it allows both parties to get to know one another and determine if they are a good fit.

Our rush process is an important part of the fraternity's recruitment and membership selection process. The goal of rush is to meet a diverse group of high-quality candidates who share the values and goals of the fraternity. By hosting events and activities during the rush period, we aim to give potential new members a chance to get to know the fraternity and its members, while also allowing the fraternity to get to know the potential new members. We conduct our rush process exclusively in the fall semester due to the extensive activation process that follows. Activation refers to the process of transitioning a new member from a pledge to a full member of the fraternity. This process typically involves a period of education and training on the values, history, and expectations of the fraternity. By rushing exclusively in the fall, we are able to fully support and guide our new members through the activation process, setting them up for success as active members of the fraternity.
