Fall Rush

We place a strong emphasis on the recruitment process, as it is an opportunity to find men who embody the values and ideals of the organization. We look for men who are academically driven, leaders on campus, and have a strong sense of personal integrity.

By hosting events and activities during the rush period, we aim to give potential new members a chance to get to know the fraternity and its members. The goal is to find candidates who are not only academically successful and involved in their communities, but also individuals who share the fraternity's commitment to personal and moral development.

We conduct our rush process exclusively in the fall semester due to the extensive activation process that follows — transitioning a new member from a candidate to a full member through a period of education and training on the values, history, and expectations of the fraternity.
